Our Services
Nissicare Limited provide mobile phlebotomy (blood taking) services for private individuals, clinicians and companies. Nissicare is not permitted to give any medical advice, treat or diagnose anyone. Our services are offered to you at your convenience at home, hotels, the workplace or any other location that is convenient for you.
Phlebotomy
We provide phlebotomy service to individuals with a blood test request form from a registered GP/Clinician or individuals with lab kits. Blood will only be taken in accordance with instruction via the GP/Clinician’s request forms. Our healthcare professionals/nurses do not collect any blood sample without a doctor’s order or a request from a laboratory.
Nissicare needs patient information and copy of request form 48 hours before scheduled appointment. This is extremely important so that we have adequate time to prepare for the blood draw and that we perform our job correctly.
Clients should not book any appointment without a blood request form. If you do not have a doctor’s order (blood request form) and you book an appointment, a 30% administration fee will be deducted, and the balance refunded back to you.
The blood test can be done at your convenience at home, hotels, the workplace or any other location that is convenient for you.
The healthcare professional / nurse collecting your blood sample will prepare the samples for posting or for pick-up via courier after the procedure if desired. Nissicare is not responsible for any delay of arrival to the laboratory, due to weather conditions or any other problems that may occur once the sample has been taken, posted or picked up by courier service.
Nissicare Ltd is not responsible for any errors that may occur at the laboratory. In the event of a lab error, Nissicare would gladly return to recollect the sample at a discounted rate.
Any errors in collection caused by Nissicare will be corrected by re-drawing at no additional charge to you as long as all correct paperwork is submitted adequately prior to appointment. Nissicare will attempt to make contact with the client prior to the draw. If we arrive at the appointment for the blood draw and are unable to collect the specimen due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., the client refuses, is not available to be drawn etc.) the client will remain responsible for the full charges of the draw. Any errors in collection caused by Nissicare (e.g drawing the wrong tubes etc.) will be redrawn at no additional charge to the client.
Venesection: Clients requiring venesection will need to sign a disclaimer form before service provision. If the nurse is unable to complete the procedure due to insufficient blood flow or issues with IV access, the client will remain responsible for the full charge for the service, however, the client can re-book the procedure for another day with us at a discounted rate subject to our terms and conditions (Please contact us for more information).
Nissicare does not receive any results. In the event that your doctor did not receive results, it is the responsibility of the Doctor’s office to get in touch with the lab.
Costs
The cost of our services are based on the service you require. Please see our website or contact us for more information. Payment for our services are due at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any booked appointment if payment is not received.
Payment can be made by debit or credit card online and over the phone.
Coverage areas
Nissicare currently offers its services in London (travel cost within this coverage area is not charged to our clients, any locations outside our coverage area is chargeable).

Notice to cancel an appointment & refunds.
If you wish to cancel your appointment you are required to give us at least 24 hours cancellation notice via telephone. Failing to do so will result in the full charge being levied for the missed appointment.
We send confirmation out of courtesy, if you are a no show, you will be charged an additional £15 to reschedule. We make it very easy for you to contact us with any questions or concerns. We may not always be available by phone. You can also reach us via email or text.
Please note, we are almost always successful on the first try, HOWEVER it may take up to 3 tries at times for samples to be obtained. Please note that once the nurse / phlebotomist has made 3 attempts with your blood draw and is not successful, we will consider this as service rendered and no refund will be due to you, however, the client can re-book the procedure for another day with us at a discounted rate subject to our terms and conditions (Please contact us for more information). It is therefore the responsibility of the client to make sure that they are prepared for the appointment by e.g., hydrating themselves if necessary.
Should you require a refund, if you are unable to commit to the appointment, contact us by email: contactus@nissicare.com and you will be advised how to claim your refund (Please note: refunds cannot be claimed for services that has already been rendered).
Please note, we reserve the right to cancel your application at short notice due to any circumstances beyond our control. In the event that we do have to cancel your appointment, we will notify you and a new appointment will be rescheduled for you at no extra cost to you.
Access and Pre-appointment contact
It is up to the client to provide Nissicare with all the relevant access information required to carry out the service (i.e. building access information/ codes). Clients will not be entitled to a refund if our staff is unable to gain access to the property.
For blood test, the phlebotomist may contact you in advance of the booking to confirm the type of blood test you require.
Sample Delivery
Please note that once the samples are collected, there are two options for delivery available to you:
- Packaged & Posted – we will package and post your sample to its destination using the post box if you wish. Destination details to be provided by the client.
- Self-Delivery – The samples are collected and handed over to you for you to drop off at the location of your choice.
Please note that once sample is posted or handed to you for delivery, we are no longer responsible for it.
Pets
If you have pets (dogs/cats etc.) they will need to be in another room during the visit.
Safety & protection of our staff
Nissicare Ltd takes the welfare of our staff extremely seriously. Our staff should be treated with courtesy and respect, the same way that you would expect to be treated. We WILL NOT (under any circumstances) tolerate any form of abuse towards any member of our staff or mobile phlebotomy team either verbal or physical. If such incidents are reported to us, we will not hesitate in referring the matter to the Police.
Nissicare reserves the right to alter or withdraw the service at any time, to refuse the service to any customer and to amend these terms and conditions. If we make any changes to these terms, we will let you know as soon as possible by posting the changes on our website. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion that you use our website. Your continued use of our website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
By booking any of our services you agree that the details provided by you on registration, or at any time of booking, are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details. You (the client) must give us your real name, address, phone number, email address and any other details that we may require to process your booking. Your email address is essential in order for us to be able to supply you with important information such as booking confirmations, and changes to the service. By using our website, you accept that your email address may be used to supply you with such information. Registration data and certain other information about you is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Nissicare.com site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Monitoring and quality assurance
Under no circumstances will Nissicare Ltd divulge client information, personal or other, to any authorized personnel. All clients’ information is always kept confidential. We respect the privacy of the individuals we serve.
Complaints & Feedback
Should you have any complaints about our services or a one of our staff members, call or contact us via email and you will be advised on how to continue with your complaint.
We are committed to providing you and the community with the very highest standards and quality of service. From time to time we may contact some of our service users for their views on how we have performed. Limitation of Liability
Nissicare Ltd shall not be liable to the Client for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims however arising out of or in connection with the provision of our services, and the total liability of Nissicare Ltd under or in connection with its performance of the service shall not exceed five hundred pounds (£500).
Force Majeure
Nissicare Ltd shall not be liable for loss or damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising as a direct or indirect result of breach or non-performance of its obligations under these Terms due to any cause beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, any act of God, war, military operations, riot, accident, failure or shortage of fuel or power supplies, abnormally inclement weather, fire, flood, hurricane, pandemic, drought, explosion, lightning, strike, lock out, trade dispute, or labour disturbance.
